Routine Creates Results

A little bit ago our Pastor talked to us abut how our routine creates results.

I know when you hear that you immediately think of the obvious big 3.  

1.  Routine maintenance on your chiropractic equipment creates great running equipment.  

2.  Routine adjustments create a healthy body.

3.  Routine exercise creates physical results.

So why do we think of our work routine as a grind or a rut?  This month think of your work routine as a results based outcome.  Get back to those things that you know create results you want.  For example we know 

1. Spinal screenings create new patients.  

2. Calling new patients after their first adjustment creates compliant patients.

3. Calling patients you haven't seen in a month creates patients who know you care.

So take 10 minutes right now and do 3 things.

1.  Write down a result you want this month

2.  Underneath the result write down the routine that it needs to create the result.

3.  Last but not least schedule a time on your calendar each day for 10 minutes to start this new routine.
