TOTAL CLINIC SOLUTIONS MAKES NO CLAIMS WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH ANY PERSON NOT AFFILIATED WITH TOTAL CLINIC SOLUTIONS, INCLUDING MATERIAL OBTAINED FROM LINKS TO OTHER SITES CONTAINED WITHIN CHIROCITY OR CHIRODIRECT SITES.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
In some cases, such as shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or overseas, the items may ship postal instead of UPS. This is due to the high cost of UPS. Our website rates for those areas are based more closely upon postal rates even though the shopping cart states UPS.
We currently use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship our items. The shipping estimator on the website only states UPS.

We reserve the right to use any shipping provider we choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
15% RE-STOCKING FEE UNLESS RETURNED DUE TO A FAULT OF OURS (RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT< DEFFECTIVE ITEM< ETC.)
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST ARE NOT REFUNDABLE - ONLY THE PRICE OF THE ITEM (or items) MINUS THE 15% RE-STOCKING FEE
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Upholstery and electrical items are not able to be returned if they have been installed or used.

When you make a purchase, we will send you emails to confirm your order and may also need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.
We may disclose personally identifiable information you provide in response to a particular legal process. For example, in response to a court order, subpoena, or at the behest of a law enforcement agency's request.
We require that direct-to-customer shipments from vendors protect your information according to their stated Privacy Policies or, in the event they do not have a stated Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy. They may not use the personally identifiable information you provide for any purpose other than to fulfill your order.
We truly have our customers' best interests at heart. We constantly research better ways to offer products that improve and enhance your life
